What does it cost?
Each installation is charged a license fee, which includes one year free support & maintenance. The size of the license fee depend on the size of the terminal operation; a large terminal pay more; a small terminal pay less.
After expiry of first year's support & maintenance you will be offered yearly support & maintenance at a cost of 15% of the license fee.
Alternatively you can lease the tool on a yearly basis.
Any other costs?
If an on-site visit is required to deploy the solution, you will be charged for the traveling costs for the implementation team (usually 1-2 people). Typically an onsite visit is always required in order to deploy the first ARL terminal solution.

Do I have to pay for support & maintenance?
First year the support & maintenance is included in your license fee. From year two onwards, it is optional to pay support & maintenance.
Can I get suppport if I haven't paid the yearly support & maintenance fee?
Yes, you can. You will be charged commercial rates for the time spent on support. If resolving the issue raised includes upgrading your current software to the latest version (part of maintenance update) you will be charged separately for this.
Technical & Integration
Is RTG Deployer a stand-alone application?
The RTG Deployer is a client/service application deployed on servers and workstaions within the terminal LAN.
Wouldn’t the RTG Deployer mess with my TOS data in some way?
No, the ARL TOS Data Reader being an integral part of the ARL Deployer only works on a copy of your TOS data, it does not access your TOS system directly.
What if the ARL Data Reader doesn't support my TOS version?
If your TOS version is in wide commercial use, the ARL-team will most likely add your TOS version to the ARL Data Reader for free. Alternatively you will be asked a one-time fee for adding your TOS version to the ARL Data Reader.
