Berthing Planner packages

ARL Berthing Planner tool has 3 packages: Berthing Planner Light, Berthing Planner Standard, Berthing Planner Full. These packages include different features listed in the table below. Click on the individual lines to see the descriptions. Green features are included in the package, red features are not included.

Graphical interface
for berth planning in space and time: get an overview of planned vessels arrivals and departures, see the entire picture with your own eyes.
Three planning zones

to suit the planning process: current, future, proforma. Current zone is for monitoring immediate situation, future zone is for planning berthing positions in the next few shifts, proforma zone is for preparing for the shifts coming after that.

Visual berths representation

configurable to reflect your unique situation, such as number and length of berths and locations of bollards.

Scalable berthing scenario view

you can zoom in or zoom out to see the details or general overview.

Drag-and-drop mode for manual vessels’ positions planning

move vessels along the berth line manually and see the results immediately; adjust berthing plans on-the-go.

Automatic mode for vessels’ positions planning

Pre-assigned default vessel positions

Precise vessel positioning

Multiple what-if berthing scenarios

you can work on several berthing scenarios at the same time and plan for a variety of operational situations.

Past berthing scenario view

you can jump to the date in past and see what the berthing scenario was like a day or a week ago.
